See What's New

Keep up with the latest happenings at LA Holiness

Please join us this Sunday, April 28th at 10:00 am for our Founder's Day Joint Worship Service and Potluck Luncheon as we celebrate God’s faithfulness and the history of the Holiness Church. Our guest speaker will be Bryce Yokomizo, Chairman of the Holiness Conference of Churches from our sister church, Crossway Church of the San Fernando Valley. Hope to see you there!

An excellent source for the history of the Conference, its churches, pastors, and leaders can be found in Rev. Tsukasa Sugimura's publication of the 100-year Anniversary edition of the history of the Conference. Copies of the book may be available in your church library.

Each Founder's Day, special offerings are collected through our local church members in recognition and appreciation of the dedicated service of our retired pastors and widows. These offerings are forwarded by the local churches to a special Conference fund that is used to subsidize Medicare Part B insurance premiums for eligible retirees. Special green Founder’s Day offering envelopes will be available at church or you can designate on your own offering envelopes or online, “Founder’s Day.”

Our next LifeGroup series will begin this week, starting on April 30th. We will pick up our study of the book of Acts, starting from Chapter 5. The purpose is to see that, “Witnessing as an Act of Delight.” So, let's prepare to study God's word as we share life together. Please pray that God will meet each of us regularly. We will wrap up our LifeGroup on June 14th and take a break for the summer.

Click on the link below for a schedule and a list of the various LifeGroups available throughout the week. We hope you can find one that best fits your schedule. For more information, please feel free to contact any of our LifeGroup shepherds or Pastor Michael.
